The European Forum on Paradox and Plurality aims to contribute to the development of paradox management competences by producing teaching materials on management tension and paradox.
The series results from the collaboration of management scholars from different schools and aims to support the work of educators with the free access to short teaching cases on the paradoxical side of organizations.
By design, the cases are intended not to focus on solutions or resolutions but rather on the discussion of ambiguous problems with no clear solutions. We hope that the cases will constitute a source of debate and energy in the classroom and that they will stimulate an appreciation for difference and dialogue rather than for the «discovery» of the right answer.Ler menos

Associate Professor of Strategy at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. His research interest lays at the intersection of strategy and organization theory. He seeks to understand how organisations can manage fundamental competing demands, such as stability and change, short-term and long-term, and profit and purpose. Jonathan thereby draws on and contributes to paradox theory.
Professor of Human Resource Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). His areas of expertise include human resource management, leadership and leadership development, positive organizational scholarship, and measurement development.
Professor of Strategy at Geneva School of Economics and Management (University of Geneva).
Professor of Strategic Management at University of Queensland Business School, Australia & Bayes Business School, City, University of London, UK.
Associate Professor of Management at Umeå School of Business, Economics, and Statistics, Umeå University.
Full Professor of Organization Studies at the Department of Business and Management, Luiss University, with specialization in resilience and organizational design.
Assistant Professor Adjunct at Nova School Business and Economics. His research focuses on the applied psychology of entrepreneurship specially on how entrepreneurs react to obstacles and also on what HR practices sustain new ventures high growth. He is also interested in social exchanges at the workplace, especially on employees’ submissiveness behaviors and organizational inclusion climate.
